common problem:

Q1:Is there any way of getting the wig to fall straighter without using straighteners? My wig has a few creases from packaging.

A:Mine arrived nice and flat but try hairspray and a low heat hairdryer maybe or hang it in the bathroom when the shower is on so it gets a bit of steam. Hope you manage to get it flattened.

Q2: Will the wigs be shedding?

A:Sometimes it may sheds a few strands, this is normal, if you brush it too hard it will sheds too. So please comb it gently from bottom to top head and care it always.

Q3:Will the wigs be tangle?

A:As human hair, it will get tangled after installation for a few days, because it is cut off from the donor and the hair is lack of nutrition and moisture,so please wash it and use good conditioner on it regularly.

Q4: How to avoid tangle and shedding?

A:1.De-tangle hair by hands before washing.
2.Never go to bed wearing wet hair.
3.Care your hair regularly after dyeing to keep its soft.
4.Don't wash the wig frequently, every 2-4 weeks is ok.
5.Let the hair air dry. Do not expose to sun or dry by hair drier.
