Question 1：Individual keys have intermittent response issues?

Answer: Open a blank Word document on the computer, type the same key at a consistent speed 10 times, and check if all keystrokes register correctly. If not, it indicates a loose switch, and it's recommended to replace the switch (2 spare switches are included in the product package).

Question 2：The WIN key doesn't respond?

Answer: Try pressing FN + WIN to unlock the WIN key. If it still doesn't respond, disconnect and reinstall the key switch or replace the WIN key switch.

Question 3：The keys W, A, S, D don't type characters and only move in directions?

Answer: Press FN + W simultaneously to switch to typing mode for W, A, S, D.

Question 4：How to turn off the backlight?

Answer: Press FN + ↓ (arrow key) several times to reduce the backlight brightness until it turns off completely. Press FN + ↑ to turn on the backlight.
